Pregnancy and post pregnancy period is a blessing by many but also one of the most challenging times. We are often confused how to behave while pregnant and listening to so many people around you doesn’t help either (especially for first time mothers). So many questions pop to our head: what should I eat? How much? Should I supplement? What about my workouts? Should I continue and in what form? Answers to all these questions and more are what I am here for. I will help you make a suitable meal plan for each trimester of your pregnancy as well as a tailor made fitness program that will benefit both you and the baby. Pregnancy is a period for you to enjoy your growing belly and what a better way to do that than with nutritious meals and a strong body prepared for birth? 

Having a healthy pregnancy will inevitably help you bounce back once the baby is born. Although in my opinion, this shouldn’t be your priority first thing once the baby is born, still there is a need for you to feed yourself properly and move your body in the right way. Having an infant makes that hard to do and if you feel like you don’t have energy, time, discipline or motivation to do it I am here to help you. If you feel tired and don’t know how to start your plan to bounce back after pregnancy I will help you with a tailor made meal and fitness program that will do just that: help you bounce back while eating delicious meals easy to make and working out at your pace from your living room.

I am a mom of two boys under the age of 5 and I know that it can be overwhelming. Staying at home is tough, being a new mom is tough. With my first son, I was so lost and confused when he was born. I didn’t know what to do or how to feel. I was doing everything right, I felt I needed to do everything in the most perfect way and I completely forgot about my own needs and private time. That period thought me an important lesson: not taking care of myself, I can’t be the best mom for my baby. It took me a while to understand that but for sure with the second pregnancy I managed to apply some of that wisdom?. My second pregnancy was a breeze of fresh air. I was glowing finally! I felt so empowered, healthy and happy in my own skin. I made a priority during those 9 months and afterwards to organize my life that way so my health doesn’t suffer anymore. I had the best time being pregnant and invested those 9 months so that bouncing back was a walk in the park? I know it may seem impossible but it isn’t! You just have to try and see the benefits of taking care of yourself! Let’s do it together!
