Do you restrict mentally?

When someone says they “restrict food mentally,” they are describing a psychological or cognitive pattern where their thoughts and attitudes about food lead to limitations or constraints in their eating habits and food choices.

This mental restriction is not always apparent from external behaviors but is more related to their internal mindset and relationship with food.
