How do beliefs impact your body?
Changing your body to “feel better” doesn’t really work. It feels good only short-term which is why the moment we get used to this new slimmer body we want to change it again.
Your body will constantly change and if you don’t accept that, you will be “forced” to constantly go against the natural state of your body.
It all comes down to having certain beliefs about your body that are simply not true and about yourself.
If you have certain negative feelings about yourself or your body, your first instinct is to get away from these feelings, to change them, to be positive and happy, to do the complete opposite of what you have been doing….so you start changing your body thinking it will give you peace.
The moment you accept that you have false beliefs about yourself and your body, you won’t have the need to constantly go against your body. You can accept things as they are.
