What is holding you back?

There is one feat stopping you from ending emotional eating and losing weight.

This fear is rather common and it is sabotaging their capacity to say “NO” to unhealthy foods and overeating.It’s the famous FOMO- fear of missing out. We fear that we are going to miss out on the enjoyment of eating that particular food and we give in.

First we try to restrict ourselves but then eventually because of too much restriction and feeling like we are missing out we dig in, and we can’t stop.How do you fix this?
