You don’t need more control around food!
Most people believe that they need to control their food intake. What they fail to recognise is that they have been controlling their food intake for several years if not decades and still they end up emotionally eating, overeating or bingeing.
How come?
It’s because you don’t need control around food, you need peace. Being in control means you don’t trust yourself enough to relax around food. You are constantly tense and worried you will slip, and yes eventually you will.
